The year is 1925. Boris III visits the then-village of Banya for the first time, for the purpose of treating his rheumatism, which has thus far proven unsuccessful. The tsar resided with a close friend and took advantage of the Karlovo mineral baths while there. He therefore decided to build his summer residence nearby.

Your pet (dog) is welcome with us if it is: up to 5 kg, over 6 months old, has all the necessary vaccinations and is dewormed, has good hygiene habits.
In order to ensure a peaceful stay for you and our guests, please observe the following restrictions: Pets are not allowed in restaurants, the wellness center, or the pool! Walking pets in the hotel is prohibited. They may only be carried in your arms in the common areas. Pets must not be left unattended. Any disturbances, such as barking or whining, must be stopped immediately to ensure the comfort of other guests. And since your pet is also a guest at the hotel, please note that a fee of BGN 30.00 / β¬15.34 per day will be charged for cleaning and disinfection.
